QUALIFICATIONS Retired after thirty-two years of experience as a Deputy Probation Officer with the County of Orange with experience in the following capacities: Extensive experience in casework, years of training/work in individual and group counseling and supervision within juvenile detention/treatment facilities. Field supervision officer managing caseload, working closely with many law enforcement agencies, gang suppression, coordination and execution of interagency search orders, certified as a drug evaluation expert, POST handgun qualified for concealed weapons permit. Court officer conducting juvenile investigations and reports involving pre-plea, pre-sentence, 707 WIC, placement suitability and 241.1 WIC. Court officer conducting adult investigations and reports involving pre-plea, pre-sentence, PC 1385 (Romero Discussions). Training officer at BPOC (Basic Probation Officer Certification) teaching both juvenile and adult investigation and report writing to officer candidates. Member of the Asian Gang Members Association taskforce. Specialized training in drug identification/evaluation, sexual offender supervision, stalking and predation of victims, search and seizure, evidence and psychological assessment as related to the criminal justice system. Tough Love Coordinator for the Central Orange County area for three years. Sentencing consulting business since 1998 as owner/qualified manager. EDUCATION Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice, California State University, Long Beach Certification in basic and advanced applied Forensic Sciences, California State University, Fullerton LICENSES Licensed private investigator with the State of California since 2001 with 65,000 hours of related qualifying experience.
